Q. How to purchase my order on the site?

To order your purchase :-

  1. Select the quantity desired and click on  “Add to cart” for the item(s) you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Checkout” to proceed for payment or continue shopping.
  3. Review item in My Shopping Cart, apply coupon/voucher code (if any) and click on “Proceed to Checkout.”
  4. Type in your email and password to login if you have as existing account. If you do not have an existing account, you can click on “Login With Facebook” or “Sign Up.” 
  5. Once you are logged in, complete the Shipping Address section and click on “Continue on Shipping Method.
  6. Select Shipping Method and click on “Continue” to proceed.
  7. Select Payment Method, check on the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  8. Complete your order by clicking on “Place Your Order.”

Note: Purchased products will not be delivered until we have received payment confirmation.

 

Q. How to change my account’s personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

 

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in your email used to register the account.

2. Click Submit.

3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, choose a new password for your account.

 

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

 

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status. Orders that have been shipped out will not be cancelled.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

 

Q. When will my purchased item(s) arrived?

Upon payment confirmation, you will be able to receive your purchased items in 1 to 3 working days (West Malaysia). For delivery arrangements outside of West Malaysia, our team will further assist you.
